Engineering and Construction Management Services for a new Plant.  We worked with the client to meet specifc design requirements to accommodate zoning bylaws and owner supplied process equipment. We were able to provide alternate design solutions that provided an improved schedule and budget.

Central Canadian Structures  provided with a 7,200 sq.ft Pre-Engineered building system with a 900 sq.ft lean to including a new loading dock. The new building was designed to fit in between two existing building faces, and to incorporate the building into multiple different elevation points. The addition was outfitted with new electrical, mechanical and sprinkler components.

The construction of a New Maintenance Shop including site preparation, building/site services, foundation, building supply and erection, overhead crane supply and erection, mechanical, electrical, miscellaneous metals, doors and windows, and finishing.  

Central Canadian Structures provided a 200’ x 156’ Pre-Engineered building system complete truck bay in the new and existing buildings.   Creative design was given to a new fire separation for existing offices and plan.  New OH cranes, and specialized foundations to integrate new equipment straddling existing and new foundations were designed. Coordination of design and construction with owner supplied manufacturing equipment and back up power supply as well as integration with existing industrial electrical systems was facilitated.

Design-Build construction of a new 33,000 sqft building addition and adjacent 1,000 sqft link.  The project provided a connection between two existing buildings and undertook modifications to the exiting buildings’ heat, power and sprinkler systems.  Construction needed to be coordinated with exiting manufacturing needs, timelines and climatic conditions including a site electrical shutdown to facilitate power upgrades. 

Central Canadian Structures supplied and installed a steel building including, apply for permits, structural and Part 3 code review, drywall and painting, all doors and Over Head Doors.
